IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW!
I ACCEPT ORDERS: Via E-mail musicbox@frontiernet.net, by phone (315-684-9977) or by post office letter.
E-MAIL or SNAIL MAIL ORDERS: To assure fast, dependable service, please let me know the appropriate stock number and a brief description of each item you need. Include your daytime phone number, just in case there is a question about your order. I check my e-mail many times during the day. Put all your contact information as well as all the information for the parts you want, in snail-mail orders. See below for payment/shipping information.
PHONE ORDERS: For fast service, you can place your order by phone. Please have the stock number, description and your credit card number/expiration date/3 digit security code on the back ready....just in case you get my answering machine. If you do get my machine, please leave a message with your phone number (I'll call you back as soon as I return home) OR leave the whole order. Your credit card number is safe on my machine, as I'm the only one who listens to it.
OVERSEAS ORDERS: Payment must be made by charge card so postage can be added to the order after it is packed. All orders will be shipped via Air Mail.
PAYMENT: I accept Visa / MasterCard / Discover

Many of the parts are lightweight and can be shipped via
priority mail (both US and International). If you are
sending a check/money order, please include enough to cover
postage. If you need to know postage ahead of time, call
or e-mail and I'll give you a total. Add $6.95 for a
small flat rate box or envelope; more for bigger items.
SALES TAX: New York State residents ONLY must add your local sales tax to the total order including postage.
PACKAGING: I try to recycle as much packaging material as possible. Your order may be sent in a previously used box - my way of saving a few trees!
SHIPPING: I try to process orders within 48 hours. Most orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Heavier parcels (books) can be shipped via UPS or Media Mail, let me know your preference. Please include your street address if you want items shipped UPS as they will not deliver to a Post Office Box.
NEED IT FAST?? I can ship via Federal Express, Express Mail or UPS Next Day or Second Day Air. I'd need a charge card for payment on such orders so I can add the postage after I find out how much it is.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY: I strive to maintain a constant supply of every item in the catalog. However, sometimes, because of the high cost of volume manufacturing custom parts, I may temporarily be out of an item. Backordered items will be shipped at no charge as soon as the are back in stock.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: It's the best you'll find! Since I am the Order Dept., Packing Dept., Shipping Dept., Question Answer-er, and Restoration Dept., I can answer just about any question or problem that might arise with your order. Mistakes are few, but wearing so many hats can be a bit confusing at times! Call me if you have a problem or question about an order...I'll straighten it out quickly!
RETURNS: If you're not happy, I'm not happy! All merchandise is guaranteed to please, or send it back (as long as it's not been altered) for a full replacement or refund. No hassles!
